CASE_ID_NUM: SRZ061205000027 MESSAGE: ********************** The message for you follows ************************ Hello Josh, I wanted to let you know that I will be submitting this to our dev group of a possible fix. While I can not guarantee that a fix will be provided, I feel confident that it will happen, especially since I can repro with new messages from slashdot. I'm not sure how familiar you are with our process but this can take up to six weeks or longer to get fixed. The team priroitizes bugs and fixes and, as I am sure you can understand, the more critical bugs (crashes and data loss) would get a higher priority. Also, I am not sure if a workaround has been conveyed to you or not. Using our own utility (MFCMapi) ora 3rd party utility (Outlook Spy) we can fix the truncation of the emails. Actually, and probably a more feasbile way of correcting these emails is to do the following: 1. Drag the email to your desktop 2. Drag it back to a different folder in your .pst. This should make the entire contents visible. Again, this will be submitted with the next few days so, hopefull, you won't have to do the workaround for too long. Please let me know if this workaround helps. I will be out of the office on Friday and Monday and will be returning on Tuesday. Thanks! BTW, I've just created an account on slashdot and subscribed. Interesting stuff! Shall I mention you as a referral? Thanks!
